About I2W

We are the team you would hire, if hiring were the easy part.

Owning security tools and operating them are two different things, and the distance between them is where most breaches live. I2W Consultants closes that distance as a service. Our analysts have run operations desks under genuine pressure — during ransomware, during audits, during the Sunday nights nobody wants — and that is exactly the experience you are renting.

Certifications

What we hold, and what we do not claim.

We are not CERT-In empanelled and we are not a NIST CSF 2.0 empanelled body. We follow those guidelines in how we work, and we operate in line with the DPDP Act. Anyone claiming an empanelment they do not hold is worth walking away from.

Principles

Four promises we are happy to be held to.

These are written into our contracts, not just onto this page. Ask us about any of them on the first call.

01

Coverage you can inspect

You get the shift rota, the names of the analysts on your account, and a monthly report that lists what we missed as well as what we caught. Anyone can claim 24×7; we would rather show you it.

02

Tune before you buy

Most estates get more value from configuring a tool they already own than from a new licence. We say that out loud, even when it makes our quote smaller — it is why clients trust the recommendations that do cost money.

03

Write for whoever is reading

Board summaries in business language. Technical findings with the exact steps to reproduce them. Never one document trying to do both jobs and failing at each.

04

Rehearse the bad day

Every client runs a live drill before go-live and at least once a year after. An escalation path that has never been tested is a diagram, not a plan.

Our story

A narrow menu, chosen on purpose.

Warmly lit operations floor with analysts monitoring live dashboards
  1. Why we exist

Founded by people who carried the pager

Our founders ran operations for banks, hospitals and manufacturers. They kept seeing the same pattern: capable tools bought with real budget, then left unowned until an incident exposed the gap.

  2. What we chose

    Deliberately not everything

We do not build data centres or sell cloud migration programmes. We run the security and network operations layer. A narrower menu means the people on your account have done this exact work many times before.

  3. How it works today

A desk that does not close

Three shifts from Noida, security and uptime data read side by side, and the same analyst pod answering every time you call. New clients typically go live within a month of signing.

Working with us

One honest conversation beats a fifty-page proposal.

Bring whatever is on your mind: an audit finding, the incident that still bothers you, or simply the fact that nobody is watching overnight. Forty-five minutes is usually enough for both of us to know whether this is a good fit — and you will leave with at least one thing worth fixing regardless.
