Business messaging

The OTP that does not arrive costs you the customer, not the rupee.

Every commercial SMS in India passes through the TRAI DLT framework: your entity, your sender header and every message template must be registered before a single message leaves. Get one character out of step with the approved template and the operator silently scrubs it. We handle registration end to end, connect you to a resilient multi-route gateway, and monitor delivery so failures surface as alerts instead of complaints.

Plain English

DLT in the order it actually happens.

First, the Principal Entity — your company — registers on an operator DLT platform with PAN, GST and incorporation documents. Registration is done once and recognised across networks.

Second, you register headers. Six-character alphanumeric sender IDs are tied to a use case: promotional, transactional, service-implicit or service-explicit. Promotional traffic runs on the 140 series and is blocked to DND subscribers; transactional, service and OTP traffic is DND-exempt because the customer asked for it.

Third, every message body is registered as a template with {#var#} placeholders. The operator's scrubbing engine compares the live message against the approved template — an extra full stop, an unregistered link or a phone number in the body is enough to have it dropped without a bounce. Most 'the gateway is broken' tickets are really template mismatches, and that is where we start.

Sound familiar?

If two of these describe your month, this is the fix.

  • OTPs arrive late or not at all, and support has no way to prove whether the message was even accepted.

  • Your templates were rejected on DLT and nobody in the business knows why.

  • Promotional campaigns are being blocked for DND numbers and the reports do not explain the failure codes.

What we actually do

The work, step by step — not a feature list.

01

Registration handled for you

Entity, headers and templates filed and tracked to approval across the operator DLT platforms, with a maintained register so marketing knows what already exists before asking for a new one.

02

Multi-route delivery with failover

OTP traffic on a priority route with an automatic secondary, promotional on a cost-optimised route. Latency and delivery rate are monitored per route and traffic is shifted when a carrier degrades.

03

Integration into your systems

REST API, SMPP or plugins into your CRM, ERP or e-commerce platform, with webhook delivery receipts written back so your team sees status inside the tools they already use.

04

Consent and audit trail

Opt-in capture, category mapping and retained delivery logs — so if TRAI or a customer asks why a message was sent, the answer exists in a file rather than someone's memory.

What you receive

Deliverables you can hold us to.

  • Completed DLT entity, header and template registrations
  • Configured gateway with primary and failover routes
  • API integration with your application, CRM or ERP
  • Delivery dashboard with per-route success rates and failure-code breakdown
  • Consent and message-retention documentation for audits

We design to what your business needs, then price at least two ways of getting there. You see the commercials for each option side by side before anyone signs anything — including the option where you keep what you already own.

How we start

From first call to live in four steps.

  1. 01

    A 45-minute conversation

What you run, what worries you, and what a bad week has already cost you. No slides and no product pitch — we are working out whether we can genuinely help.

  2. 02

    Posture assessment

We examine the estate, compare it against a recognised framework and hand you a prioritised list of gaps. The report is yours to keep whether or not you buy anything.

  3. 03

    Onboarding and a rehearsal

Log sources, agents, access and escalation contacts are agreed, then we run a live drill of a real incident before we call the service live. Untested escalation paths are decoration.

  4. 04

    Steady-state operations

Monitoring, response and reporting run to a written SLA, with a quarterly review that changes the plan whenever your business changes.
