Conversational messaging

Your customers already read WhatsApp. Email is where your updates go to die.

The WhatsApp Business Platform lets you send order updates, appointment reminders, OTPs and permitted campaigns from a verified business identity, and lets customers reply to a real conversation. It is also a system with real rules: template approval, message categories, quality ratings and messaging limits that throttle you if you get it wrong. We handle onboarding and verification, build the flows and keep your number healthy.

Plain English

What changed in pricing, and why it matters to your budget.

WhatsApp used to bill per 24-hour conversation. From 1 July 2025 Meta moved Marketing and Utility templates to per-message pricing, and further changes to service and non-template messages are scheduled through 2026. If your cost model was built before that, it is wrong.

Three categories now drive the bill: Marketing is the most expensive, Utility covers order and account updates, and Authentication covers OTPs. Filing a promotion as a utility message to save money is the fastest route to template rejection and a quality-rating hit.

Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window remain free-form. So the cheapest design is usually one that invites a customer reply and then resolves the whole conversation inside that window, rather than firing a series of paid templates at them.

Sound familiar?

If two of these describe your month, this is the fix.

  • Your notification emails have a 20% open rate and your call centre absorbs the difference.

  • Someone set up the API, templates keep getting rejected, and nobody knows which category to file them under.

  • The number's quality rating dropped, sending got throttled mid-campaign, and the cause is a mystery.

What we actually do

The work, step by step — not a feature list.

01

Onboarding and business verification

Meta Business Manager setup, GST and CIN documentation, a dedicated number, and the green-tick application where your brand genuinely qualifies. We tell you honestly whether it will be approved before you pin hopes on it.

02

Templates written to be approved

Correct category, correct variable structure, opt-in language where required. We maintain the library so marketing is not resubmitting the same rejected template every quarter.

03

Flows that resolve, not just notify

Order tracking, payment reminders, appointment confirmation, lead qualification and handover to a human agent — connected to your CRM so context does not vanish between systems.

04

Quality and limit management

We watch the quality rating and block/report signals, throttle risky campaigns before Meta does it for you, and plan the volume ramp that lifts your messaging tier instead of tripping it.

We design to what your business needs, then price at least two ways of getting there. You see the commercials for each option side by side before anyone signs anything — including the option where you keep what you already own.

How we start

From first call to live in four steps.

  1. 01

    A 45-minute conversation

What you run, what worries you, and what a bad week has already cost you. No slides and no product pitch — we are working out whether we can genuinely help.

  2. 02

    Posture assessment

We examine the estate, compare it against a recognised framework and hand you a prioritised list of gaps. The report is yours to keep whether or not you buy anything.

  3. 03

    Onboarding and a rehearsal

Log sources, agents, access and escalation contacts are agreed, then we run a live drill of a real incident before we call the service live. Untested escalation paths are decoration.

  4. 04

    Steady-state operations

Monitoring, response and reporting run to a written SLA, with a quarterly review that changes the plan whenever your business changes.
